What, me worry?

Well, this is sorta what i looked like upon entering the world. Of course, they cleaned me up a bit and did all kinds of coochie-coo things to make me smile like that. This was back in the days when babies were REAL babies- and knew it too. Believe me-I knew how to be a kid! (some say i still do...) Although I know longer hafta wear diapers and take whole food instead of milk, and except for the lost innocence and about 36 years and a lot of mileage and give or take a hundred-and-ninty pounds or so, I'm still the same sweet wonderful person I always was. And if you dont believe it, let me give you my mom's email address..

I often hear that things will never be like they were in the "good old days". For me, this was about as far back as those days went. And although I don't remember a great deal, I do know that one thing that we had in greater abundunce then was family love. And there is absolutlely no doubt that the love you invest in your children pays immeasurable dividends in their development. Just look at me : )

One personal issue to air and then I'll step down from this here soap box and proceed to narrate for you my life-The single biggest thing wrong with the world today is a lack of Christian family values. In our society we often get so caught up in serving our own needs that we lose sight of the Big Picture (i.e. we are really here to serve God) And the lack of love that God is to be in the family unit today has led society so far from the paved way-so deep into the jungle...

How can anyone who has heard the gospel question where mankind is on the time line? And for those of us who have been so richly blessed by loving parents, let this be our wakeup call to share what has been so freely given us...

Thanks mom and dad for all the awesome input-the love and nurturance and unconditional support and care. And I dont just mean the diaper changes either......
